Contact Enrollment and Student Services

Enrollment and Student Services (ESS) is committed to assuring quality service to students. We are here to help!

The safety of our students, faculty, staff, and visitors continues to be our highest priority. We are actively monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation and have measures in place to ensure we continue to serve in a way that is safe. In July 2020, the university has installed social distancing plexiglass shields at both One-Stop Shop locations at the Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus. These shields form a physical barrier to protect students and employees against droplets from coughing and sneezing, while creating a safe environment to provide information and services to students and visitors.

One-Stop Shop

The One-Stop Shop is the central point of contact for information and service for walk-in prospective, new, and continuing students. Staff members are cross-trained to answer inquiries about financial aid, registrar, and bursar functions. Students can also obtain their SharkCard and parking decal at the One-Stop Shop. Offices are conveniently located in the Horvitz Administration Building on the Fort Lauderdale/Davie Campus as well as on the first floor of the Terry Administration Building. At the One-Stop Shop, students can:

  • register for classes
  • make a payment
  • receive an official transcript
  • receive enrollment verification
  • receive parking decals
  • receive their SharkCard
  • receive registration, financial aid, and student account information

Hours of operation are:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon (Horvitz Administration Building only)

Students may also receive answers to their financial aid and bursar/student account questions by emailing the One-Stop Shop at finaid@nova.edu or bursar@nova.edu.
