The offices of Financial Aid and Academic Records are committed to assuring quality service to students. Come and see us at the One-Stop Shop, email, call, or check out our online service directory for answers to your questions. We are here to help!
One-Stop Shop
The One-Stop Shop is the central point of contact for Financial Aid and Academic Records services for walk-in prospective, new, and continuing students. Staff members are cross-trained to answer inquiries about financial aid, registrar, and bursar functions.
Did You Know?
Once you begin taking classes as a college student, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of your education record and prohibits our One-Stop Shop staff members from discussing your financial aid, student account, or academic information with anyone but you. If you wish for your parent, guardian, or another person to speak with us on your behalf, complete the Release of Information (ROI) Consent to authorize us to speak with others about your protected information.
The One-Stop Shop is closed on holidays observed by the university.
