Innovative Leaders Experience

The NSU Innovative Leaders Experience program is another unique leadership development opportunity for NSU students. The program is grounded in the 10 Core Student Leadership competencies outlined by the National Association of Campus Activities. The Innovative Leaders Experience will meet for 10 sessions, each dedicated to a different competency and lead by full time professional staff members throughout the course of the year. Throughout the ten sessions, students will:

Learn emphasized leadership skills
Interact and network with NSU professionals
Build skills for your resume
Make new friends that share their interest in leadership.
Earn "The Innovative Leaders Experience Certificate"

ILE is offered throughout the entire school year with sessions happening in selective months. Students wishing to participate must complete an online application.
