More information

If possible, make an appointment with your supervisor a week or two before your first day to complete your new hire paperwork and to discuss the following:

  • dress code
  • expectations
  • job description
  • parking pass
  • work schedule

What paperwork or documentation will I need to bring with me on my first day?

Bring completed, signed forms and proof of identification to your meeting with your supervisor or human resources contact.

For acceptable forms of identification, please review Form I-9 page four .

If applicable, provide your Center's HR Contact your official transcript(s) (in a sealed envelope from your academic institution), or have your transcripts sent directly from your academic institution to your Center's HR Contact

Your new hire paperwork will facilitate assignment of your NSU ID and email, as well as other access you may need on your first day.
