HRIS is responsible for the management of employee master data information processing, overseeing reporting and analysis of employee information, and the various systems configurations to fit the need of the University's process and in support of Vision 2025. This information is managed in a way that respects the privacy and confidentiality of the data maintained for each employee.
Our objective is to increase OHR's capacity to streamline processes, maximize accuracy, reliability, and validity of data.
