We're excited to have you join the Shark Community!

Starting a new role is a significant milestone, and we're here to make your transition smooth and supported. At Nova Southeastern University, onboarding is a shared effort between your college or division's Human Resources Contact (HRC) and the Office of Human Resources (OHR).

Our Strategic Business Partners (SBP) collaborate with over 50 HRCs to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience. Your HRC is your primary contact--they'll provide required forms, guide you through onboarding, and connect you with key resources.
