AIG/VALIC retirement services has been consolidated into the TIAA retirement services platform.
The objective of the changes is to improve the services available to you in the plan, reduce the fees you pay for recordkeeping services by using TIAA as the sole service provider, and enhance the overall process of planning and saving for retirement.
