Nationwide Pet Insurance
As part of ICUBA’s voluntary benefits, Nationwide Pet Insurance offers My Pet Protection exclusively for ICUBA members. This flexible plan provides peace of mind and significant savings, especially if you have more than one pet. Insuring multiple pets qualifies you for additional discounts, protecting your entire household.
Coverage Benefits:
- Choose 90%, 70%, or 50% reimbursement on veterinary bills.
- Coverage includes deductibles, coinsurance, and limitations on pre-existing conditions, similar to human medical insurance.
- Your monthly payments are billed directly through Nationwide.
How It Works:
- Visit any licensed veterinarian, anywhere in the U.S.
- Submit your claim.
