When eligible procedures are scheduled through a SurgeryPlus+ Concierge Care Specialist, you don't pay! You read that right...no deductible and no out-of-pocket maximum apply. You may even be eligible for travel reimbursement if you elect to use a surgeon more than 50 miles from your home.
SurgeryPlus+ is available to all employees and their dependents who are enrolled in a medical insurance plan at NSU through ICUBA. If you are enrolled in medical insurance, you do not have to make an election for SurgeryPlus+, you will have automatic access to their concierge service for non-emergency, elective procedures like knee and hip replacement surgeries.
All procedures must be scheduled directly with a Surgery Plus+ Concierge Care Specialist who will provide you with a list of 3-5 surgeons to choose from.
