Nationwide Pet Insurance

ICUBA’s Voluntary Pet Insurance program is provided by Nationwide insurance. My Pet Protection is offered exclusively to ICUBA members and provides more choices and flexibility. If you sign up multiple pets you will receive a discount for additional savings. Like human medical insurance this plan also has deductibles, coinsurance, exclusions and pre-existing conditions limitations.
