Dear Prospective Graduate Assistant,
Greetings from sunny Ft. Lauderdale! I am excited about your expressed interest in a Graduate Assistant position at Nova Southeastern University.
Our university has experienced phenomenal growth over the past several years, due in large part to our ability to be "cutting edge" in our academic programs. Being a graduate assistant in the Division of Student Affairs and the College of Undergraduate Studies allows you to walk away with "real world" skill sets for working with the 21st century college student.
From my vantage point, there is nothing more rewarding than working on a college campus. A college education plays such a significant role in one's life, whether they are the traditional age college student or the non-traditional student returning after some 'life experience.'
I hope I get the chance to meet you in person, and I wish you the very best in applying for a graduate assistant position.
Dr. Brad A. Williams Vice President of Student Affairs and Dean of the College of Undergraduate Studies Nova Southeastern University
