Be sure to register for an Open Enrollment Information Session or plan to attend one of the Open Enrollment Fairs scheduled on the Fort Lauderdale Campus for more information about Open Enrollment and all of the benefits available at NSU.
Employees who wish to continue contributing toward a Flexible Spending Account, are required to make a new election during Open Enrollment. All elections are made in the ICUBA Enrollment Portal online at http://icubabenefits.org.
All benefit elections will transfer to the new benefit year with the exception of Flexible Spending. Making changes to your benefits after the Open Enrollment period ends will not be permitted unless you experience a qualified status change (life event) as outlined by IRS Section 125*.
*As outlined by Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, changes made during Open Enrollment are irrevocable for the duration of the benefit plan year, which begins April 1, 2018 and ends March 31, 2019.

Online Open Enrollment Information Sessions will be available to all NSU employees through GoToTraining.
Sessions will last approximately one hour, open enrollment material and benefit summaries will be available for download during and after the session.
In an effort to include as many of our fellow sharks as possible, online sessions are scheduled daily and at varying times (even after regular work hours) of the day.

Login in to review your benefits, make changes, add or remove dependents, and renew Your flexible spending elections starting February 12, 2018. You can login now and review your current elections and get familiar with the portal.
