Fransheska joined the Office of Career Development in July 2017 as a Career Advisor. She is completing her Master’s in College Student Affairs at NSU. She is excited to advise NSU students and alumni. Fransheska was born into a military family in Chicago, Illinois leading her to move to Florida. Being a Florida native for the past 16 years, she enjoys the beach, traveling, attending Miami Marlins baseball games, practicing yoga and spending time with family. She attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated in December 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Throughout her undergraduate experience she was involved on campus and held leadership roles in organizations including Delta Phi Epsilon and College Panhellenic Council. Prior to starting her Masters, Fransheska worked as a Collegiate Development Consultant for Delta Phi Epsilon where she supported student organization success, leadership development, and recruitment efforts. These experiences have led Fransheska to want to be a support system to NSU students as well as help them grow professionally.
