Finding the perfect internship can be difficult without knowing the correct job titles, search engines, or the correct way to contact employers. The Career Development is here to assist with their unique partnership with Handshake to showcase student’s achievements and connect students to internships and job opportunities. In addition, the preparing student to excel during job interviews with creating an impactful resume to impressing employers with mock interview training.
Professional Events are geared for NSU student who want to meet new employers, find jobs and internships opportunities, and build their network. Throughout the school year students will have the opportunity to attend different events such as Recruit A Shark Day, Shark Advantage, and more.
Dive into new experiences by utilizing your skill inquired in the classroom though Professional Experiences. Participate in competitions building your skills, teamwork, networking, and meet employers. In addition, attend workshops and information session to straighten you skills and learn about new job and internship opportunities.
