Inter-Organizational Council

Purpose

The Inter-Organizational Council (IOC) was established to form a strong community within registered student organizations (RSO's) to promote unity and collaboration, help develop and enhance student engagement on campus, and provide resources, funding, and leadership opportunities to and for student organizations. IOC is the liaison between organizations and NSU's Undergraduate Student Government Association (NSUSGA), other RSOs, offices, and resources on campus.

IOC General Body Meeting Information

Meetings are on Thursdays 5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

RSO Workshops are on Thursdays 5:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M.

• October 30th, 2025

General Body Meetings and Workshops are required for IOC chairs to attend to maintain funding eligibility.

IOC Budget Hearing Information

Please note that for General Allocations, the earliest you can host your event must be 10 business days AFTER the budget hearing date.

Budget Hearing dates are TBA

Please note that budget hearing will be hosted based on availability of funds. Adjustments to allocations may be considered based on the 15% threshold outlined in the IOC Budget Guidelines.
