All Fins In

Dive into the heart of community impact in South Florida with All FINS In – a dynamic collaboration between the Office of Campus Life and Student Engagement and the Office of Student Leadership and Civic Engagement! Our mission? To make waves of positive change throughout South Florida by diving deep into meaningful philanthropic endeavors.

CommunityFest

Did someone say cotton candy? NSU’s CommunityFest is an annual festival that celebrates the connection NSU students, employees, and their families with community businesses and organizations in a fun, carnival atmosphere.

Homecoming

It doesn't matter if you're a current student, alumni, NSU family member or friend, Homecoming is for the entire Shark community and is always an uplifting and fun celebration. The weeklong festivities include our pep rally, the annual “Anything That Floats” Raft Races, Homecoming Bash, and many more events. At the end of it all, we select and crown the year’s NSU’s Homecoming king and queen!

For Seniors Only

"For Seniors Only" takes place each spring and is filled with numerous events celebrating NSU’s graduating class. For Seniors Only honors all graduating seniors and gives the campus community an opportunity to celebrate, recognize, and share best wishes before commencement festivities begin and our seniors transition from students to alumni.

Sharkapalooza

Sharkapalooza is one of the great traditions at NSU! And it’s the highlight of the University's Waves of Welcome (WOW) week. Sharkapalooza is where it’s at and is sure to be a memorable, welcoming event for all. Sharkapalooza features a student organization fair, performances, amazing prizes, activity booths, and tons of free food!

S.O.S. - Sharks on the Scene and eSharks

S.O.S.- Sharks on the Scene gives students access to exclusive discounted tickets to some of the largest events South Florida has to offer! eSharks is the virtual version of S.O.S. and provides students access to additional fun, unique, and free events.

Student Life Achievement Awards (STUEYs)

The Student Life Achievement Awards, known as the "STUEYS" is an annual celebration of NSU's best in student scholarship, leadership, involvement, service, commitment, integrity, and inclusion. It’s a celebratory event where hundreds of activities designed to enrich the overall NSU student experience and community come together to recognize our fantastic Shark students.
