Student Activity Stores may be used by clubs and student organizations that are registered and active in SharkHub to collect dues, payments for events, or funds for approved club merchandise (such as bags or t-shirts) in accordance with Student Activity Fee Accounts Office and university policies. Funds paid through the Student Activity Store will automatically be deposited into each organization's account on a weekly basis.
As a reminder:
- Student organizations are not permitted to collect funds via Venmo, PayPal, CashApp, Zelle or other similar programs.
- Donations and sponsorship funds may not be collected through Student Activity Stores. Individuals looking to make donations to student organizations should contact studente@nova.edu for proper processes in connection with University Advancement.

Credit Card Information
The Student Activity Fee Accounts Office does not, under any circumstances, have access to your credit card information. Your payment information is used solely to process your transaction and is never accessed, stored, or used by our office for any other purpose.
All credit card information is processed and transmitted through a secure, web-enabled connection to complete your transaction and it is not stored on university web servers. Your credit card statement will reflect a charge from “TouchNet” or “NSU SAFAO”.
Cards Accepted
Cards accepted include American Express, Master Card, and Visa.
Return Policy
All payments to student organization stores are considered nonrefundable. By making a purchase using any of the sites listed, you are agreeing to the refund policy listed at the time of purchase.
Creating a Store
To set up a store for your student organization, be sure to complete a Student Marketplace & Credit Card Terminal Request Form.
