Academic Transcript Requests

Official academic transcripts can be ordered online through SharkLink, by mail, fax, or in person. Transcript orders may not be sent electronically as this is not a secure transmission method and cannot safeguard personal data. Unofficial academic transcripts may be viewed at any time through SharkLink.

Address Changes

Currently-enrolled students have the ability to change their address through SharkLink or by completing a Data Change Form that can be submitted by DocuSign or faxed or mailed to the university for processing.

Admissions Applications

Whether you're preparing to start college as an undergraduate or want to advance your career with a graduate degree, NSU can help you achieve your goals.

Apostille

While it is the State of Florida and not the university that issues the Apostille, NSU can assist by providing notarized copies of transcripts and/or diplomas for students seeking the Apostille seal.

Degree Conferral

Students wishing to be awarded a degree from Nova Southeastern University must complete a degree application in order to initiate the conferral process.

Diplomas and Certificates

All degrees are conferred on the last day of the month in which the advisor approves the degree application. If there are no holds, diplomas and certificates are mailed directly from the Office of the University Registrar.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) affords students and alumni certain rights with respect to their education records.
