Our employees have the flexibility to choose between two ICUBA PPO medical plans, both administered by Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS). These plans are designed to support you and your family and provide comprehensive coverage to best fit your health care needs:

• Preferred PPO Plan
• High Deductible PPO Plan

When you enroll in either of the BCBS medical plans, you automatically receive a wide range of comprehensive and valuable benefits at no extra cost.

Health Reimbursement Account

In addition to these benefits, you will be automatically enrolled in a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), an employer-funded account to help offset out-of-pocket costs for eligible medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, and over-the-counter expenses for all covered members.

• Ameriflex Debit Card: Your HRA funds will be easily accessible through an Ameriflex debit card, which will be mailed to you along with your BCBS medical card.
• Monthly Contributions: Contributions begin at the end of your second month in the ICUBA plan and continue for as long as you remain enrolled.
