Who Can Record My Event?
As of February 22nd, 2019 the Office of Innovation and Information Technology is no longer able to provide Digital Media Production services. We fully understand the hardship this has placed on clients our teams have worked with over the years. Since late February we have been working to identify an affordable solution for past clients that still need Digital Media Production services.
At current, the best option we have found is Brightwing. Brightwing is a staffing agency with connections to qualified contractors that can provide video production, event recording, and audio/film editing services. We recommend reaching out to:

We are also working to see if there are student groups that could provide event recording and video editing services. As we uncover more opportunities we will update this post with new information.
If you are interested in seeking another vendor to provide these types of services, we suggest that you reach out directly to the Office of Procurement to discuss their viability as a vendor further.
