Office 365 is a cloud-based suite of productivity tools from Microsoft that helps you collaborate with students and coworkers. Whether working from campus, home or on the go, Office 365 is available wherever you are and on virtually any device.

To install the mobile apps for Office through the Microsoft Student Advantage program, follow the instructions below.
You can manage your Office 365 ProPlus subscriptions online through your Sharkmail account. From the management interface, you'll be able to see how many devices you have installed the software on and deactivate any licenses that are no longer in use.
To start:

Messaging, meetings, and screen sharing all in one app that works with Office. Meet with up to 250 people—even if they're not on Skype for Business. All they need is a phone or internet connection. See your contacts' online statuses, schedule meetings in Outlook, and start conversations from apps like Word and PowerPoint.
Office 365 Groups is a service developed with collaboration in mind. It works with the Office 365 tools you use already so you can collaborate with your teammates when writing documents, creating spreadsheets, working on project plans, scheduling meetings, or sending email. Groups feature:
Shared Calendar – For scheduling events related to the group
SharePoint Document Library – A central place for the group to store and share files
Shared OneNote Notebook – For gathering ideas, research, and information
SharePoint Team Site – A central repository for information, links and content relating to your group
Planner – For assigning and managing project tasks among your group members
Microsoft Forms is a new part of Office 365 Education that allows teachers and students to quickly and easily create custom quizzes, surveys, questionnaires, registrations and more. When you create a quiz or form, you can invite others to respond to it using any web browser, even on mobile devices. As results are submitted, you can use built-in analytics to evaluate responses. Form data, such as quiz results, can be easily exported to Excel for additional analysis or grading.
