Dr. Annette Fornos is board-certified in internal medicine and certified in functional medicine by the Institute for Functional Medicine. She is an Assistant Professor at the Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine and will be an additional practitioner of functional medicine in our clinic.
Dr. Fornos attended the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine and went on to complete her residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital. Before joining our group, she was an Assistant Professor at the University Of Miami's Miller School of Medicine.
