The Institute for Neuro-Immune Medicine and Nova Southeastern University is taking decisive and informed action to keep students, faculty, staff and patients, as well as the community, safe. We are strictly following guidance from the CDC, the Florida Department of Health and the Broward County Health Department. Temperature checks will be performed prior to entry at our facilities. Telehealth appointments are available, and we are seeing patients in clinic as need be.

NSU Health allows patients to pay their healthcare bills by phone. If you would like to pay your bill over the telephone, please call our clinic at (954) 262-2850 or +1 833-263-8967. You will need to have your account number available to make a payment.
Online
NSU Health allows patients to pay their healthcare bills online through InstaMed. You will need to have your account number available to make a payment.

Patient Portal
NSU Health allows patients to pay their healthcare bills online through NSU Health’s Patient Portal. Patients will need to be enrolled into the Patient Portal in order to make a payment. The Patient Portal also allows patients to review their medical records, schedule appointments, and send secure messages to their health care providers.
