How To Create a Discussion in Canvas

Issue Date: 06-22-2018

Canvas provides an integrated system for class discussions. As an instructor, you can create a discussion for your course which allows students to contribute and interact with each other. Discussions can also be created as an assignment for grading purposes (and seamlessly integrated with the Canvas Gradebook), within student groups, or simply serve as a forum for topical and current events.
