Stolzenberg‐Doan Scholarship |

Honors College Supplemental Funding | Students in the Honors College may petition for supplemental funding for a credit‐bearing travel study/study abroad experience. Funds awarded are paid following successful completion of travel (earned grade/credit) and are applied to relevant expenses not covered by other scholarship or institutional resources (receipts may be required). |

Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship | Pell grant recipients can receive up to $5,000 for a semester or year abroad. | LINK |
Phi Kappa Phi Study Abroad Grant | All NSU undergraduate students who have a 3.75 GPA or higher are eligible to apply for a $1,000 grant for their accredited study abroad program. Deadlines are 9/15 and 2/15 every year. | LINK |
Fund of Education Abroad | Awards up to $5,000 are available for undergraduates who are U.S. citizens and permanent residents who will be earning credit for a program at least 4 weeks in one country. Preference given to first generation college students and students with minority backgrounds. Deadlines are early! Additional scholarship also available. | LINK |
NSEP Boren Award for International Study | A government‐sponsored scholarship for students interested in studying in less common destinations, such as Africa, Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Eurasia, Latin America, and the Middle East. Must be interested in studying certain languages. There is an NSEP service requirement upon return. | LINK |
DAAD German Academic Exchange Services Scholarship | For students planning to study in Germany for 4‐10 months. The award includes approximately €650, plus funds for travel, research, and health insurance expenses. | LINK |
Freeman‐ASIA | For students applying to study for a minimum of 8 weeks in one of the following Asian countries: Cambodia, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Laos, Macao, Malaysia, Mongolia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam. Must demonstrate financial need. | LINK |
Fulbright Program | Sponsored by the U.S. Department of State, this program offers fellowships to U.S. students for study, research, or teaching assistantships abroad. Application needs to be evaluated by a campus committee, therefore planning are important. | LINK |
