Nova Southeastern University's (NSU) international students come from over 100 different countries. More than 900 international students enjoy comprehensive educational opportunities, exciting cultural and athletic events on a campus that is currently adding to and renovating its extensive facilities. NSU prepares students for life in a changing, competitive world.
The Office of International Students and Scholars (OISS) has been around for many years, and we're good at what we do: helping students for a lifetime of success and fulfillment in their professions, their communities, and their personal lives.
On another note, International students who enter the United States have agreed to follow the regulations of their immigration status. It is important to pay close attention to these regulations because they affect your academic study, travel, and employment in the U.S.
Students are legally responsible for maintaining their status by understanding and complying with these regulations. If you are not sure of a particular aspect of maintaining your status, consult with the OISS. It is not advisable to rely on information given to you by other sources. The regulations change periodically, and only the OISS can provide you with proper advice.
