About NSU Travel Services

CI Azumano / Signature Travel Network is the official travel agency of Nova Southeastern University. All travel authorizations (TAs) for NSU business travel must be submitted in Concur. For questions, please call (954) 262-8888 or E-mail the NSU Travel Office.

Before booking a trip in Concur, you must first submit an authorization request with your expected trip expenses for approval.  Click here for instructions on how to Create and Submit a Travel Request.

NOTE:  Travelers must first create and submit a travel request and receive approval prior to booking travel.  Airlines only hold a reservation for 24 hours, if travel is booked prior to the approved request, the Airline will automatically cancel your reservation within 24 hours.

All international travel must follow the steps as noted on the International Travel Registration Program webpage.

Register your trip with International SOS based on dates/flight/hotel you plan on booking, and advise the Office of Risk Management, when complete.

    • Name on ticket MUST match drivers license or passport presented at check-in and security checkpoints
    • Date of birth and gender
    Failure to provide this government-mandated data could result in denied boarding
