NSU Parking and Traffic

Nova Southeastern University is an independent university, and as such, the streets, parking lots, and other areas of the university are private property.

The operation and/or parking of any vehicle on Nova Southeastern University property is a privilege, not a right. The university has the right to regulate the use of motor vehicles on its property for the good and the safety of everyone. Please refer to our campus parking information below for complete details on parking and traffic policies, rules, regulations, enforcement, and permit types and fees.

Student Parking

Student parking information for all NSU properties and campuses, including parking and traffic regulations, policy, fines, citation appeal process, FAQ, and permit types, fees and registration.

Although NSU SharkFin stickers are valid from July 1st through June 30th of the following year, NSU students must renew their SharkFIn sticker in the NSU Parking Portal from August to August of the following year.

 

 

Faculty and Staff Parking

Faculty and staff parking information for all NSU properties and campuses, including parking and traffic regulations, policies, payment of fines, citation appeal process, frequently asked questions, and permit types, fees and registration.

Adjunct Faculty that are also NSU staff are considered staff first and therefore, must pay for parking.

Temp Employees can only purchase a daily or monthly permit.

 

Visitor Parking

Visitor parking information for all NSU properties and campuses, including parking and traffic regulations, policies, payment of fines, citation appeal process, frequently asked questions, and permit types, fees and registration.

 

Vendor Parking

Affiliate and non-affiliate parking information for all NSU properties and campuses, including parking and traffic regulations, policies, payment of fines, citation appeal process, frequently asked questions, and permit types, fees and registration.

All non-affiliated vendors and contractors must create their own account in the NSU Parking Portal.
