Public Relations and Marketing Communications

The Division of Public Relations and Marketing Communications is responsible for the overall brand management and marketing of Nova Southeastern University. This includes the development and execution of NSU’s integrated marketing communications strategy delivered through advertisingsocial mediapublic relationsexecutive communications, and internal communications.

The fundamental mission of the division is to correctly position the NSU brand to internal and external audiences and interests to advance the university’s Vision 2020 to “be recognized by accrediting agencies, the academic community, and the general public as a premier, private, not-for-profit university of quality and distinction that engages all students and produces alumni who serve with integrity in their lives, fields of study, and resulting careers.” The division works in concert with other university departments and colleges to create brand awareness, increase quality and quantity of student applicants, assist with student engagement and retention, and continually improve NSU’s reputation to help graduates when they seek employment and roles in community service.
