Web Request Form

After July 1, 2026, the web ticket request form will only be accessible to trained web editors to submit requests for content types that cannot be edited.

Such content types include:

  • Strategic large-scale content updates
  • New web pages (faculty profiles, academic programs, and landing pages)
  • Department and college home/index landing pages
  • Header and footer navigation menus
  • Right side navigation menus
  • Shared assets (components used across multiple pages)
  • Career pathways for program pages
  • Degree finder updates
  • Forms
  • Page and document removals

Requests will be reviewed based on scope, complexity, urgency, and institutional priorities. While urgent requests will receive prompt review, priority will be assigned based on institutional impact, time sensitivity, and available resources. PRMCS will continue to provide oversight to ensure all updates meet university standards for branding, accessibility, and quality.
