The Division of Public Relations, Marketing, and Creative Services is facilitating web content updates as part of the university-wide upgrade project. Once your website has been upgraded to the new CMS, training and permissions will be provided by the PR & Marketing web team.

Feel free to submit your web requests using the form. If you are unsure if your request is ready to be submitted, consult with a member of the PR & Marketing web team.

Types of Consultations

Website Lockdown & Content Freeze

Nova ONLY - As part of Project Iceberg, a temporary Nova website publishing lockdown and content freeze is in place from March 5 to the end of November 2025 to support a smooth transition to our new website platform. The estimated go-live for the new nova.edu website is the start of December 2025.

  1. Have you filled out the form with as much information as possible?
  2. Is the request fully outlined? Parts of the request that are still in progress or being decided should not be included.
  3. Have you included all the links and URL's for all pages, new buttons, and hyperlinks?
  4. Have you included all the page URL's where you would like the updates to be made? Can be submitted in separate requests or together in a word document.
  5. Have you attached any related images and included all source material you would like to be considered?
  6. Do you have more than 2 files / images you would like to submit? Feel free to attach a compressed zip file with your images or reply to an email you receive about your web request with the additional images/files attached.
