IMPORTANT: OIIT Scheduled Maintenance Notification


Due to a scheduled maintenance, the following systems will not be accessible STARTING Monday, June 30th, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until Tuesday, July 1st, 01:30 a.m. (Eastern Time U.S.)

  • NSU eBill Login page for Students, Faculty and Staff

The mentioned applications will not be accessible during maintenance, and it is advised that users refrain from using the system during the maintenance window.

Once you begin taking classes as a college student, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects the privacy of your education record and prohibits the university from discussing your financial aid, student account, or academic information with anyone but you. Submit your Authorization for Release of Information (ROI) Consent to give others such as a parent, guardian, or spouse, access to various types of information. This process is separate and in addition to the NSU eBill authorized user sign-up.

Account Charges & Activity

Once you register for classes institutional charges will reflect in your NSU eBill portal. Your balance may be satisfied with cash, check, credit card, money order, electronic transfers, or payment arrangements, such as awarded financial aid (including grants, scholarships, and Federal Direct Loans for graduate, undergraduate, and parents of undergraduate students), certified alternative/private loans, Florida Prepaid funds, other third party payments, tuition waivers, veteran education benefits, such as GI Bill®, and NSU payment plans.

Payment Methods

NSU accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, gift cards (be sure to retain in case of a refund), and eChecks. International students and families may use Flywire to pay from any country or bank.
