SharkIT provides Alumni at Nova Southeastern University with a centralized point of contact for technical support services. Whether the problem is email, Alumni perks, or other technical questions, SharkIT is here to assist and troubleshoot with advanced technical support from the Office of Innovation and Information Technology (OI²T).

All NSU graduates have a free lifetime membership in the Alumni Association with access to special members-only benefits and services

Your SharkLink ID is created automatically upon acceptance at NSU. Your SharkLink ID also known as the “username” which can be used to access SharkLink, Canvas, SharkMail, Wireless access and other NSU Web applications and portals.

As a graduate of Nova Southeastern University you are entitled to keep your Nova student email (@mynsu.nova.edu). Please contact the Shark IT helpdesk at 954-262-4357 to put in an Alumni Email Retention Request.

Also please be advised to the following:

All alumni email accounts must comply with NSU password policy and users must login to their email account at least once every six months.
Accounts not used for one hundred and eighty (180) days will be disabled.
Accounts not used for over 365 days will be deleted. To reactivate the service, users need to submit a new request for email services.
This account will only provide email services. OneDrive and Office 365 applications are not included.
