Eligibility Requirements:

1. Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the time of the receipt of this online application form.
2. Students must be eligible to receive the 100% benefit rate (based on service requirements) under the Post 9/11 GI Bill.
3. Students must be eligible to participate in the Yellow Ribbon Program as determined by the VA.
4. Students must be admitted to an NSU program approved for GI Bill benefits. For more information, visit: http://inquiry.vba.va.gov/weamspub/buildSearchInstitutionCriteria.do
5. Once this application has been submitted, students must forward a complete Certificate of Eligibility to the NSU Veteran Benefits Office within 5 business days. The Certificate of Eligibility is issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs upon review of a student’s claim for Post-9/11 GI Bill. The Certificate of Eligibility may be submitted as follows:

   3. in person: One-Stop Shop, Horvitz Administration Building on the main campus
