Your SharkLink ID and password will be used for all web access

My NSU Identity

The SharkLink ID is the same as the NSU Email Name and is automatically assigned to you when you become a new student, financial aid applicant, faculty, or staff member of NSU. The password you retrieve below will be your initial (temporary) password. This password will only be valid the first time you access your account. Please also register with SharkPass so you may reset your password should you forget it.

Financial Aid Applicants

If you have filed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), but have not yet been accepted into the university, you will need your SharkLink ID and Password to access WebSTAR. In WebSTAR, you will be able to review your financial aid status and update your personal information. Learn more about WebSTAR.

Register for SharkPass/Reset Your Password

Welcome to SharkPass, your self-service password management system. SharkPass provides you with the ability to reset your NSU password even if you forgot it. Sharkpass requires you to be registered before you can reset your password.

SharkPass registration includes entering secret answers to selected questions known only to you. Once registered you may use these answers to reset your password.
