All outside groups are required to complete the Facilities Licensing Request Form for use of space on any of NSU's campuses/properties. All NSU colleges, schools, centers, and administrative offices must refer outside groups interested in leasing to the Office of Facilities Management.
Outside groups must submit leasing request three weeks prior to event for approval. Allow two weeks to receive the approved contract by e-mail. When received, the contract along with the Policies and Procedures sheets need to be signed and email back to the approver with Liability Insurance.
A $1,000,000 insurance policy needs to be taken out if any outside group wants to use our facility. Any vendors associated with the group will also need to provide liability insurance in order to utilize University grounds. For more information or if you would like to purchase Liability insurance, please refer to the side bar link labeled Insurance Policy. There will be a $100 fee applied if an individual fails to inform us that they will not be able to attend the scheduled meeting after the contract has been finalized.
