The mission of Facilities Management is to champion excellence in a safe, professional, meaningful, academic experience across our NSU Community, now and into the future. 

The primary purpose of the Facilities Management Design & Construction department is to support education, healthcare, research, and other activities of the University through timely and economical completion of design, construction, renovation and/or other improvements to the facilities.

Facilities Management Design & Construction will provide successful delivery of Capital projects through exemplary planning, design and construction expertise, including effectively collaborating with all University stakeholders.
