Nova Southeastern University's departments, college units, and offices can be a part of NSU Community Fest by becoming a sponsor; hosting a booth containing information, materials, and giveaways; and/or by volunteering to help organize the event.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Departments, college units, and offices can become a financial sponsor for NSU Community Fest via three sponsorship levels. Please refer to the Departments, College Unit, & Office Agreement to view sponsorship options and to sign up to participate in the event.
Activity Booths
Departments, college units, and offices are invited to host a booth containing information and giveaways at NSU Community Fest. Please see the Departments, College Unit, & Office Agreement for more information.
All agreements are due no later than January 16, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST on Sharkhub or by email to, communityfest@nova.edu.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancel booth by January 19: No fee
- Cancel booth between January 20th - January 26th: $50 Cancellation Fee
- Cancel booth between January 27th - February 2nd: $75 Cancellation Fee
- Cancel booth between February 3rd - February 8th: $150 Cancellation Fee
- Cancel booth between February 9th - February 13th: $250 Cancellation Fee
- Do not show up on the day of the event: $300 Fee
