Community Partner Participation

Local businesses and organizations can be a part of NSU Community Fest by becoming a financial sponsor or donating goods or food for our 22nd Annual Community Fest event. As the university's non-solicitation policy generally does not allow businesses to come onto campus to advertise, this is a perfect opportunity for sponsoring businesses, organizations, and food vendors to put up a banner, bring their mascot, pass out goods, and/or hand out flyers or coupons at their Community Fest booth. Sponsorship Opportunities

Community Partners can provide a financial contribution towards the event. Please refer to the Sponsorship Agreement Form under Participation Forms for a list of sponsorship packages that are available. The deadline to submit a completed sponsorship packet is January 16, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. EST

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel booth by January 19: No fee
  • Cancel booth between January 20 – 26: 50% of Sponsorship Package owed
  • Cancel booth between January 27 – February 2: 75% of Sponsorship Package owed
  • Cancel booth between February 3 - 13: 100% of Sponsorship Package owed

Food Vendor Opportunities

Food Vendors have the perfect opportunity to highlight their product at NSU Community Fest. Additionally, Community Fest will match your donation up to $2,000. For more information, please refer to the Food Vendor Agreement Form under Participation Forms to view our limited packages that are available. Food vendor sponsorship levels will be given in order of receipt of a fully completed packet submission. The deadline to submit this completed food vendor packet is January 16, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. EST.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel booth by January 19: No fee
  • Cancel booth between January 20 – 26: $50 Cancellation Fee
  • Cancel booth between January 27 – February 2: $75 Cancellation Fee
  • Cancel booth between February 3 - 8: $150 Cancellation Fee
  • Cancel booth between February 9 - 13: $250 Cancellation Fee
  • Do not show up on the day of the event: $300 Fee
