UPDATE from NSU’s Title IX Coordinator:
JULY 2024: Our team is busy preparing for Fall 2024, with a focus on some key areas following the release of new Title IX regulations (which go into effect August 1, 2024):
- Policies and Procedures: We will be updating all policies and procedures to ensure NSU's compliance with applicable federal and state laws.
- Online Training: Online training for new students and employees is being updated and will be assigned to the NSU Community during Fall 2024. If you would like a personalized live or virtual training in the meantime, please contact our office at titleIX@nova.edu.
- New Employee Resources: We will be developing and providing resource cards to employees which they can refer to when responding to a student who discloses sexual misconduct and/or pregnancy.
