For Clinical Professionals

Dr. Flemons, along with Dr. Leonard Gralnik, have published a comprehensive book for clinicians on how to assess clients for suicidality. Relational Suicide Assessment provides the theoretical grounding, empirical data, and practical tools necessary for clinicians to feel prepared and confident in asking clients about suicide, making a decision about safety, constructing safety plans with clients, and documenting the assessment in a case note. The book can be found here.
