Title: Transition of Polycom Educational Spaces to Blend-Flex

Description:

OIIT will be implementing a new Soft Codec/PC Based Video Collaboration model to replace (180) end-of-life Polycom Videoconferencing Systems across all NSU campuses.  This new solution supports any Soft Codec/PC based video collaboration solution (such as Zoom, MS Teams, BlueJeans, etc.) while providing the same presentation capability as Polycom including the ability to present and share the classroom presentation sources.  The model also supports PC based lecture capture.
