JoAnn V. Finkelstein is an Evaluation Coordinator at the Institute for Child Health Policy (ICHP). Ms. Finkelstein has more than 20 years of experience within the field of social services. The duties of the Evaluation Coordinator are varied, challenging, and integral to the work of the ICHP research team. Mobilizing is the outreach phase during which the strategies of our various ICHP community-based projects are revealed to the target audience through an organized sequence of activities. Visibility is the key to capturing attention for advocating these partnerships. As the evaluation coordinator, Ms. Finkelstein works with study participants including public agencies, community-based organizations, residents, and other stakeholders to implement multi-faceted evaluation including projects in the areas of community education, health, mental health, capacity building and other areas as designated.
