EPS Transcripts FAQ

Transcript requests are processed within 24 hours of receiving the request. It will take an additional 3 or 5 days if the transcript is archived.

Allow 7–10 days Post Office delivery for standard mailed transcripts to arrive. If ordered via overnight FedEx, expect transcript the next day.

If the transcript has not been received please contact the University Call Center at 954-262-7300. The representative will be able to make the necessary arrangements.

To ensure FedEx processing, transcript requests must be in to EPS before 3 p.m. to be sent out that day. If received after 3 p.m., the transcript will go out the following business day. Please be aware that FedEx does not make deliveries on the weekends (Saturday deliveries are available for home/apartment residence only). Additionally, International Express deliveries may take 2 or more business days to arrive at its destination, depending on the country it is being delivered to.

The address can be updated per an email by the University Call Center if the request has not yet been processed. If the request was already processed, the student will need to submit a new request with the appropriate mailing address.

A transcript can be picked up right away by the student/alum at the One Stop Shop at the Horvitz Administration Building or HPD Terry Building.  If the transcript is archived, it will take an additional 2 to 3 business days to retrieve.

All financial obligations must be cleared prior to fulfilling a transcript request. Should a student have a  financial hold on their account, a notification card will be sent to the student by UPS mail advising the student of the hold and asking them to contact the us for further information.
