The respective program office must utilize the Storage Request Form or the epsstorage@nova.edu email to advise the EPS department of the items and quantity being sent. You will need to make your own delivery arrangements to EPS Storage. When sending over box(es) of student files, please make sure to include TWO copies of the list of students in alphabetical order along with their NSU ID.
For student files, EPS will make the necessary notations in Banner (SPACMNT screen) in reference to the files received, as well as update the appropriate inventory lists and send the box(es) with student files to our storage facility.
For stationary, EPS will update the inventory list and send the items to our storage facility.
The respective program office must utilize the Storage Request Form or the epsstorage@nova.edu email to request the retrieval of items from storage. Make sure to include your name and department along with the items requesting (i.e., student name, Banner ID, FAAR envelopes).
Once the request is submitted, EPS will request the item(s) from our storage facility and have them delivered directly to the requesting individual.
For student files the Center/Program will need to interoffice the file back to EPS in the RED inter-office envelope that will be provided. (ATTN: EPS Storage) Once EPS receives this file we will scan the documents into the student account as "back file" and the original documentation will be sent back to storage and process per the University's retention policy. EPS will then notate Banner (SPACMNT screen) with this files imaged date.
