NSU Career Development helps employers recruit qualified undergraduate students, graduate
students, and alumni through internships, job postings, career fairs, networking events,
and employer engagement opportunities. We deliver concierge support services to save
you time, money, and stress organizing multiple channels for recruitment, so you can
focus on engaging with talented and motivated students and alumni.
In turn, your engagement with NSU helps us offer experiential opportunities for NSU
students that better prepares them to be high-contribution employees when they enter
the working world. By partnering with NSU you will join a long list of high-profile

Internships give students the opportunities to gain valuable applied experience and make connections in professional fields they are considering for career paths, as well as giving employers the opportunity to guide and evaluate talent. A typical internship is anywhere from 3 months to 6 months and can be offered as a paid or unpaid opportunity. In many cases, students may also receive credits toward their academic program. - Go to Handshake and select Sign up from an Account.
- Select the Employer account type from the option presented.
- Fill out the information request then click Sign Up.
- You will be taken to a confirmation page and you will shortly (within 5 –10 minutes) receive a confirmation e-mail with a link enabling you to confirm your account.
