NSU Main Campus

NSU has been made aware of fraudulent callers, posing as employees of various companies, calling from numbers that appear on Caller ID to be NSU. The callers request personal information from the victims. These calls are fraudulent; NSU personnel do not call individuals from this number about case-related matters, nor do non-NSU personnel have legitimate access to use this number. To protect yourself, be wary of answering phone calls from numbers you do not recognize. Never give out your personal information over the phone to individuals you do not know.

Welcome to the Office of University Compliance

In support of its mission and core values, Nova Southeastern University is committed to creating a culture of high ethical standards, and lawful conduct by promoting adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures. The Office of University Compliance (“University Compliance Program”) was established in February 2019 and focuses its efforts on promoting a university culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance.

Employee Code of Ethical Conduct

The Employee Code of Ethical Conduct (“Code”) is a tool to help create and maintain a culture of integrity. It is a set of expectations that outline the types of behaviors that are expected in the workplace. It’s important for employees to comply with the Code and to report violations of the Code.

NSU has established a procedure that allows employees with knowledge of, or who in good faith, suspect any improper conduct including violations of applicable policies, laws, rules, and regulations to promptly report the matter to his or her supervisor or use the reporting process outlined in this Code, including the NSU Ethics and Compliance Reporting Hotline (toll free at 888-609-NOVA (888-609-6682).

No adverse actions will be taken against anyone for making a good faith report and/or raising a good faith concern.
