Initial Transfer Course Equivalency Request

Transfer Evaluation Services will provide a determination of course equivalencies for courses not articulated in Banner. Please review the Transfer Credit System and the Transfer Articulation System (TAS) prior to requesting course reviews as the courses may already have established course equivalencies.

This form should not be used for Travel Study/Study Abroad Requests. Please submit the Travel Study/Study Abroad Request Form.

Please note: You may upload a maximum of 10 documents (transcripts and syllabi combined), which are not required, but can be helpful for determination of equivalency. If you wish to submit more, please complete a new Initial Transfer Course Equivalency Request.
