Premier Programs Applications

Welcome to the Premier Programs Application!

The supplemental Premier Programs application is intended for students interested in applying and interviewing for Dual Admission, Razor's Edge Scholars, and the Huizenga Business Innovation Academy. In order to be considered for a Premier Program, you must:

  1. Apply for undergraduate admission to Nova Southeastern University. If you have not already done so, please apply for admission to NSU using the NSU Application or the Common Application.
  2. Submit the supplemental Premier Programs application.
  3. Attend and interview during a Shark Preview, contingent upon successful admission to NSU.

NOTE: Consideration for Premier Programs requires full participation in a Shark Preview. Contingent upon successful admission to NSU, you will receive an email invitation to tentatively schedule your Shark Preview online. This will not serve as your official Shark Preview date until you receive an official confirmation email.
If you have questions about your supplemental Premier Programs application or Shark Preview status, please contact the Shark Preview team at sharkpreview@nova.edu.

The Premier Programs application will close on February 1st, 2026.

Below is a listing of NSU's Premier Programs. Requirements for each program vary and can be found at https://www.nova.edu/sharkpreview. Please note application progress cannot be saved - Please note that your application progress cannot be saved if you exit the browser.


Select any of the following Premier Programs and up to two Razor's Edge Scholars Programs:

For students interested in a reserved seat in one of NSU's graduate or professional schools while earning their bachelor's degree. Some of NSU's accelerated Dual Admission Program options offer a faster path to a professional degree by allowing earlier transition to professional school (2+4 and 3+4 options).

The Huizenga Business Innovation Academy is a '3+1' combined bachelor's and MBA program, which means students graduate with a bachelor's and master's degree in just four years. The Huizenga Business Innovation Academy invests in future entrepreneurs with new business ideas that will change the world. It's NSU's very own innovation hub, with courses built around business startup principles in the H. Wayne Huizenga College of Business and Entrepreneurship.

The Farquhar Honors Program places an emphasis on research, small class sizes, and unique hands-on learning experiences so that our most motivated and high-achieving students receive tailored support to excel beyond the classroom.

Hochberg-Miniaci Razor's Edge Scholars First Choice
Requirements for these programs are a 3.0 Weighted GPA and a 1200 SAT or 25 ACT. Please note that we will accommodate an interview for your first-choice program, and your second choice program interview is subject to availability :

For students with a strong interest in global current events, international relations, leadership, change-making, and cross-cultural understanding.
