Jennifer Ramos is the Deputy Chief of Staff and Director of Trustee Relations at Nova Southeastern University (NSU). She has been with the university for the last 27 years and has worked in various leadership positions within admissions, community/ special events and university advancement.

In her role as Director of Trustee Relations she works closely with the University President as well as the NSU Board of Trustees to oversee and manage all university-related meetings and events. In addition to those responsibilities, Jennifer serves as an intermediary between the president and the executive leadership team as well as the university community at-large.

Jennifer is a native of South Florida. She is a proud alum of Nova Southeastern University earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology while on scholarship to play volleyball for NSU, and then continued on to obtain her Masters in Elementary Education.
