To submit the proper request to have computer systems and accessories (may also be for new employees) evaluated or requested, please use our NSU OIIT Service Catalog in NSU ServiceNow ticket system by following these steps below:
- Navigate to NSU OIIT Service Catalog in NSU ServiceNow ticket system
- Click Request a Service
- Click Order Hardware

- Click Computing Hardware Request

By completing this request your ticket will now be routed to the proper team for evaluation and accurate assistance.
